📮 What am I purchasing?

You’re purchasing a digital product (PDF/JPG/PNG) for use with apps like GoodNotes, Notability, etc. No physical items will be shipped.

⚡ How do I download my purchase?

  • Right after checkout, you’ll see an instant download link on the confirmation page.
  • You’ll also get an email from NotesOS with all your files — perfect for saving or accessing later.

💌 I didn’t get the download email. What now?

  • No worries!
  • Check your spam/junk folder first.
  • Still missing? Email me at hello@notesos.com — I’ll resend your files. Always happy to help!

💫 Do you offer refunds?

  • Yes! I offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund for peace of mind.
  • Note: Refunds apply to orders up to $25 USD to prevent misuse.

🖋️ Can I use the files commercially?

  • No. All products are for personal use only.
  • Please do not resell, share, or redistribute.
